It takes hours to establish a harmonious taste of chocolate dragée, and even longer to make a recipe. Absolut Bean Milk is made by gradual coating of handsomely roasted beans, slowly and evenly, layer by layer. We begin by roasting Fino de Aroma cacao beans from Thumaco region, directly in our roaster to guarantee the best possible freshness. Subsequently, they are covered in a layer of 40% milk chocolate sweetened by panela from a family farm in Trapiche, Colombia, to make crunchy chocolate balls. When sampling this bar, you will firstly recognize milk chocolate taste, and then a strong flavour of cocoa beans.
